How long will it take to see results?

Clients see progress within the first few coaching sessions, but the real traction is gained when we have worked together for a couple months. The 3-, 6-, and 12-month packages are designed to achieve your specific ambitions.

What does working together actually look like?

We’ll use a suite of virtual tools to communicate on a weekly basis ranging from a phone/video call, to a brief text message check-in. It’s not prescriptive—we’ll determine what communication style is most effective for you and your goals.

What time commitment should I anticipate?

Coaching Sessions: An efficient 1 hour per week.

Routine Building: Each routine is different, but it’s on you to do the work. Expect a few minutes a day to a couple hours per week.

How much does this cost?

Good question. Coaching, like any professional service, ranges widely depending on many variables. We’ll talk about the level of service needed for you to reach your goals in the free consultation phone call, but programs start at $200/month.

Do I need anything to start? Materials? Supplies?

Nope. All of this is taken care of. You just show up.

What if I don't have a specific goal in mind?

Most clients don’t, and that’s okay. They just know they desire better, and that coaching helps them uncover the right destination for them. The first session of every 4-week cycle is designed to prioritize the most impactful routine based off your current circumstances.

Who is this best suited for? Is this for me?

One-on-one coaching can be useful for anyone, of course, but it’s not for everyone. Regardless of your age or career status, this one-on-one coaching is meant for individuals who see potential within themselves and need a path to realization. If you’re still unsure, let’s chat and go from there.
